Instruments!!

On Wednesday we went over our instruments and it was very exciting to learn more about what they all do. I took my typodont home so that I can practice using a couple of them, but specifically to practice my anterior scaling. I passed off a couple PEs and my probing is a whole lot better! I think I have really gotten the hang of using a light grip and it feels a lot better. Yet I still have a long way to go....hopefully practicing on my own will help! My goal is to be very comfortable with all intra oral procedures before my first patient at the end of the semester. I am at another golf tournament and so I will miss Monday's clinic.
